Orders Fulfilled by Wood Grain & Gimlets
Orders we fulfill in-house are processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery time is dependent on the shipping carrier and service selected at checkout.
We ship to addresses within the United States.
Orders Fulfilled by Our Supplier Partners
Many items in our store are fulfilled and shipped directly to you by our trusted supplier partners. Shipping rates and delivery timeframes for these items are set by each supplier and will be displayed at checkout.
- Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the supplier's shipping zones.
- Delivery estimates vary by supplier and will be shown at checkout.
- If your order contains items from multiple suppliers, you may receive separate shipments. A single combined shipping rate will be displayed at checkout.
Tracking information for supplier-fulfilled items will be sent to you via email once your order ships.
Split Shipments
If your order includes both items we fulfill and items fulfilled by our supplier partners, your order may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States. Availability of international shipping for supplier-fulfilled items depends on each supplier's shipping zones.
